Nikita Krylov is from Donetsk and he supports Russia btw. The Ukrainian government bombed his neighbors and outlawed his language.
What the actual FUCK, @ufc?! HOW THE HELL IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?! During the SAME UFC broadcast, your English-language stream identifies Nikita Krylov’s birthplace as DONETSK, UKRAINE, while your ruzzian-language stream labels it DONETSK, rUZZIA. ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?! Donetsk is UKRAINE. It has ALWAYS been Ukraine. ruzzia’s illegal occupation DOES NOT change that. While Ukrainians are being killed defending their country against ruzzian aggression, you’re casually presenting internationally recognised Ukrainian territory as ruzzian territory to your ruzzian-speaking audience?! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU? This isn’t some harmless translation mistake. You’re displaying two completely different versions of reality depending on the language of the broadcast. @ufc, we demand a PUBLIC EXPLANATION. Who authorised this? Why was Donetsk labelled as ruzzia? And what are you going to do about it? You don’t get to recognise Ukraine’s borders in English and erase them in ruzziab. DONETSK IS UKRAINE! NOT rUZZIA! NEVER WAS! NEVER WILL BE!

On October 26, we remember the Libyans forcibly deported to Italian islands in 1911. Muammar Gaddafi fought to recover their memory, expose the crimes of Italian colonialism, and secure Italy’s apology and commitment to reparations. He understood that colonialism seeks not only to conquer land, but to erase a people’s history, identity and spirit of resistance. A nation that loses its memory risks losing its sovereignty.

Protests are sweeping across Europe as people rage over soaring prices, living costs and endless wars. Their leaders dumped Russian energy, leaving ordinary Europeans to foot the bill for more expensive alternatives. And their taxes fund Israel's war in Gaza. But Netanyahu would have you believe the protesters are all HAMAS. Apparently, opposing endless wars makes you Muslim.

"Lula’s victory is a popular refusal of US regional dominance, and it is a mandate to do far more to resist it."
Incumbent President Lula just won Brazil's run-off by over 4 million votes, despite a coordinated US interference campaign, but right-wing Senator Flávio Bolsonaro is demanding the results be annulled anyway. ■ His argument: the Supreme Court extended polling hours after Bolsonarista local officials deliberately disrupted public transit to suppress turnout. Even the Bolsonaro-appointed Supreme Electoral Court president confirmed the extension changed nothing, and the results have "absolute certainty." ■ The Bolsonaro family's 2022 coup attempt ended in prison sentences and exile. Flávio is under active federal investigation for money laundering, corruption, and sex trafficking. His brother Eduardo is already urging him to flee to the US. ■ The past year has seen immense setbacks in Latin America, with the rise of US-backed right wing regimes in Honduras, Peru, and Colombia, and the return of US neocolonialism to Venezuela. Lula’s victory is a popular refusal of this US dominance, and it is a mandate to do far more to resist it. By @CallaWalsh

Vladimir Putin on European leaders blaming Russia🇷🇺 for mass uprisings across Europe: ‘This speaks to the weakness and inability of some leaders in European leaders to take responsibility for what is happening. They don’t look for the reasons for what is happening, but simply blame it on someone else. First the US, now Russia.’ The failure of the neoliberal economic model, which has decayed into intolerable late-stage capitalism, where the rich continue to get astoundingly richer, and the working classes become poorer year by year, is the obvious cause for the protests in France, Germany, Italy, and other European countries. And yet, the incompetent, out-of-touch European leaders resort to their knee-jerk reaction of pointing to Russia and Vladimir Putin. They insult the intelligence of their own angry citizens, and fuel the uprisings even more. ‘Ah, no, you aren’t protesting the miserable economic conditions we have created for you, you are protesting because of Russian influence operations.’ 🤡
Prof. Richard Wolff: ‘I believe you’re about to see in Europe a MASSIVE REACTION that will sweep Merz, Macron, and all the others that had gone along with this strange end of the post-World War II arrangements.’ Watch the full interview in the quoted post below 👇

Prof. Richard Wolff: ‘Russia🇷🇺 & China’s🇨🇳 goal was to be safely away from the DISINTEGRATION of the unipolar empire moment of the United States. They want to watch the United States IMPLODE on itself, unable to fight two wars at the same time. We are full of information in this country that one of the reasons Mr. Trump can't do what he would like to do in Iran is the US, doesn't have the munitions anymore. Well, that's another way of saying what every other empire that collapsed said in the final years of its collapse: it was overreaching. It was trying in too many ways to hold on to the empire against the resistance of too many people coming at them from too many directions. That's what Iran demonstrates now, in the most dramatic way. This relatively poor country that no one in the United States ever took seriously is in the position of blocking the American military from doing what nothing else in the United States can do, which is to bring them to heel. The Russians and the Chinese, but for sure the Chinese, their interest is: let's not get drawn into this, because it's an economic story. For the last 35 years, the economic growth of the GDP, the gross domestic product of China, was larger, two to three times larger than that of the United States. Therein, everything is understandable. They have time on their side. They've had it for the last 35 years, which is why they are the power they are now. The longer they can survive, the better the odds are getting that they will come through the decline of the Western Empire in a way that the Western Empire cannot do. And so I think what you're watching is you're watching the Chinese watching the West, and watching the West learn the lesson. Russia made the deal with China much earlier than the rest of them, and is going to be benefiting from it as it already is.’ Watch the full interview in the quoted post 👇 @profwolff
🚨 NEW EPISODE OF GOING UNDERGROUND ⚡️ Prof. Richard Wolff: China🇨🇳 is Waiting & Watching as the US🇺🇸 Empire and the West IMPLODE Why has Western Europe erupted in uprisings and mass mobilisations against its governments? What is Russia's 🇷🇺 and China's 🇨🇳 strategy as the US and its vassals in Europe implode? Are we witnessing the rise of socialism in the US as the empire crumbles under its own contradictions? It is so tragic that the Democrats make these promises to get elected and once in office they don't seem to remember their promises. Obama codify Roe v Wade for example.

Britain Ran Concentration Camps in Kenya. Then It Hid the Files for 50 Years. In the 1950s, Kenyans rose up against colonial rule. Britain's response was a vast network of detention camps and fortified villages. Historians estimate hundreds of thousands were detained. Survivors describe beatings, forced labour, and torture, all under the banner of "civilising" Africa. Then came the cover-up. As colonies gained independence, British officials destroyed some records and secretly shipped others to a government facility, where they stayed hidden for decades. The truth surfaced in 2011, after elderly Kenyan survivors took Britain to court. In 2013, London expressed regret and agreed to pay £19.9 million to over 5,000 victims. If the empire was so "civilised," why did it need to bury the evidence? And why does this barely appear in school textbooks? They said Mau Mau were savages, but based on the evidence, it seems it was the British that were the true savages according to the true definition of the word. 📚 References: Caroline Elkins, *Imperial Reckoning* (2005); David Anderson, *Histories of the Hanged* (2005); BBC News, "UK to compensate Kenya's Mau Mau torture victims" (June 2013).

AOC is lying. The "woke 1" statement was made in response to a question about "abolish prisons" and "abolish the police." Here's the quote: "What do you make of [Francesca Hong's] controversial statements I'm sure you've seen. I mean she's, you know, the Thanksgiving dust up -- she says she doesn't, you know, still believe that. But uh, abolish prisons, abolish police -- which is also positions that have been take up by a lot of progressive candidates who've won. How do you get around that?"

AOC on what she meant by ‘Woke 1.0’: “What I was referring to, even in the context of that interview, was how we make the progressive movement one that isn’t rooted in judgment, castigation, or being closed off. To me, it’s about pivoting: fighting for the same things and not changing our principles, but doing so in a way that welcomes people, including those who perhaps weren’t always exposed to or educated about some of these issues and fights.”

Socialism in China began with a handful of guys in a dingy back room, and grew to be the (arguably) most powerful political force in the world, and (inarguably) the force responsible for eliminating more poverty than anything else in human history. They began with NOTHING and built a society that today looks like a science fiction movie to us Americans. Socialism in Russia began with a third world country where most people lived in huts and couldn't read, and within a couple decades put the first human being in space, the second largest economy in the entire world, and many more achievements, all while suffering an IMMEDIATE invasion by over a dozen capitalist countries that triggered a horrible civil war, then suffered the main brunt of WW2, losing TONS of productive industry in the process and sacrificing over 20 million of its people to defeat the scourge of fascism and save the world from its grip. They began with NOTHING and built the 2nd largest economy in the world that never saw a single day's peace, as the capitalist world was constantly attacking them. The notion that socialism has no conception of how wealth is created or what is productive is so ludicrous for someone in the US, which is now barely creating ANYTHING productive while socialism with Chinese characteristics creates most of the productive wealth in the world, that it is seriously almost implausible someone could believe it.
Nah. Socialism just begins by *assuming* Amazon, and every other large company, every bit of infrastructure, all knowledge and skill, and the capital that supports the modern world just exists by magic. They have no conception of how wealth is created or how productive, profitable companies are formed. They only see what's already here, and look for ways to steal it from those who built it in order to divide the spoils among their friends.
