Ancient Egypt: Yuya and Thuya
The mummies of Yuya and Thuya, the parents of Queen Tiye & the great-grandparents of King Tutankhamun are famous for their strikingly well-preserved, light-coloured hair.
Thuya's mummy features long, golden-yellow waves.
While some researchers argue that their blonde hair could have been the result of aging & the chemical interactions of embalming resins, other studies have shown that the natron salts used in the mummification process do not bleach dark hair into blonde.
Root samples have also been taken from blonde/ red haired mummies to confirm their natural hair colour.
This indicates that individuals in Egypt naturally possessed fair hair.
Geneticists & Egyptologists clarify that Yuya and Thuya were indigenous Egyptians whose genetic markers belong to deeply ancient lineages.

This is why Israel needs to be nuked of the face of the earth. It’s us or them and I choose us. Zionists gave no alternative. No one can blame us for trying to survive.

WHY THE STRONGEST SOUL IN THE FAMILY OFTEN SUFFERS THE MOST?
Sometimes, the strongest soul in the family is the one who carries the heaviest emotional burden.
They are the ones who feel everything deeply, notice the unspoken pain, and recognize the patterns everyone else has learned to ignore. They often become the peacemaker, the listener, the problem-solver, and the person everyone turns to when life falls apart.
But who holds them when they are falling apart?
Who notices their exhaustion behind their smile? Who asks if they are okay when they have spent their entire lives making sure everyone else is?
Sometimes, the strongest soul becomes the cycle-breaker of the family. They begin questioning old beliefs, confronting unhealthy patterns, setting boundaries, and refusing to pass the same wounds down to the next generation.
And that journey can be lonely.
When you stop accepting what your family has always considered normal, you may be misunderstood. When you establish boundaries, people who benefited from your silence may call you selfish. When you choose healing, others may feel uncomfortable because your growth challenges the patterns they have never questioned.
But remember this: you are not here to carry everyone’s pain at the expense of your own peace.
You can love your family without sacrificing yourself.
You can honor your ancestors without repeating their suffering.
You can forgive people without allowing them to hurt you again.
You can understand someone’s trauma without accepting their harmful behavior.
Perhaps the real strength of a soul is not measured by how much suffering it can endure, but by its courage to face the pain, learn from it, and choose a different path.
You do not have to save everyone to prove that you are strong. You do not have to keep breaking yourself to keep your family together.
Sometimes, healing the bloodline begins with one person deciding that the pain will not continue through them.
Let that person be you—not because you are destined to suffer, but because you deserve to live differently.
Tell me, have you ever felt like you were the one in your family who had to break the cycle and heal what others refused to confront?
