Brent oil is heading up — approaching its recent ATH near $120.
That means more pressure on inflation in the coming months.

Yes, the rate was raised in September.
Higher CPI this month could make them more aggressive with a rate hike.

A rate hike is probable because PCE has started going up over the last 5 months.
Look at the orange line—it has started reversing.
The stock market doesn’t care about PCE right now, just as it didn’t care when PCE started rising after COVID until the Fed began raising interest rates in 2022.
The rising PCE is a point of concern at this moment.
