A coach can only do so much to help an athlete improve. Ultimately, the success of an athlete comes down to their inner drive. Once they become intrinsically motivated, they can get the most out of their coach and reach their full potential.
The best question I've started using is "What are other players of my character doing that I'm not?" If you know what region they are from and a strong rep "What does x player do that I'm not?" It gives a better frame for both of you on what to focus on
