What’s funny is that 10 year old me would’ve loved the fact my parents were open about me getting help, but anywho that’s basically how I got my diagnosis

Nothing, I didn’t go look for help myself. I was forced to go to a physiatrist the moment I turned 18 or I would’ve gotten kicked out and because of my tendencies I had they decided to get me evaluated, took about six months since I actively avoided the appointments
