A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. #Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. has been charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession, per @FOX59.
Richardson was pulled over on Oct. 12 for an expired registration. He told police he had smoked marijuana in the vehicle and had a small amount inside, according to court documents. Police found a jar containing marijuana and an opened bag of THC-infused gummies.
The charge was filed Monday.
