James Burnip continues to lead the CFL in Punter hang times through Week 14, averaging 4.37 seconds of hang time per punt!
Jake Julien sits second at 4.24 seconds, with Oscar Chapman right behind at 4.19 seconds.
To measure hang times, I watch every available broadcast angle of each punt and take 3 time measurements, averaging them out to limit errors.
