and according to @webafrica support, you are not available on weekends @EvotelZ...in 2022. so if we have any issues on weekends that's our problem to deal with?
is there any physical connection/hardware that you have to install on YOUR side @webafrica @EvotelZ because on my side I have everything set up (then I'd understand why it takes so long). if it's just a matter of updating something virtually on your end then WHY take this long?
dear @webafrica and @EvotelZ please tell me, if i am moving houses but not changing service providers (the two of you incidentally)...i have all my hardware (so no need for installation) why on earth does it take nearly 2 weeks for me to have a working internet connection?
