Wild night onchain while everyone slept, mara dumped 1k btc, two whales asleep for 3 yrs sent ~$206m of btc straight to coinbase prime, and someone's lining up nearly $50m of sol to sell with only a third on exchanges so far.
Meanwhile, @Ripple got its final occ charter the night before swell and the uxlink hacker is sitting on a $70m eth long on hyperliquid with stolen bags
sentiment's in the gutter, supply's moving to exchanges, fomc is wednesday. not a week to get brave on leverage.
if you've been sleeping on @NEARProtocol, here's the short version of why people keep bringing it up.
Near is a layer 1, but what's actually pulling people in right now is near intents. you say what you want, like swap this token on this chain for that one, and it handles the routing across 35+ chains. no bridging five times, no juggling gas on every network.
illia said intents volume went from about $2b to $34b in a year and bitwise also launched the first us near etf.
The ai angle is real too, near's whole pitch lately is being the chain where ai agents can transact across networks, and they've got private ai inference through near ai cloud.
Your account is just a readable name like yourname.near instead of a long 0x string, which honestly makes onboarding way less scary for normies
if you're new, start small. get a near wallet, grab a little near, and try one swap through intents so you can see how it works.
There’s some noise right now too, dfinity is accusing near of copying its cryptography. worth reading both sides, but it doesn't change how the product feels to use.
NFA, just think it's one the utility to look up right now.
_ $PUMP vs $HYPE is actually crazy discovery for me tbh.
$PUMP did $196M in 30-day fees while $HYPE did $83M.
Take note as both are basically making money from degens doing degen things
One side is launching random memecoins, praying for the next 100x and refreshing the chart every 2 minutes
The other side is opening 20x leverage, getting liquidated, depositing again and convincing themselves the next trade will fix everything
We all know how this movie goes
Every single time
But jokes aside, there’s something genuinely interesting here
Everyone in crypto wants to find the next big coin and want to catch the next narrative before CT starts screaming about it
Very few people stop and look at who’s actually collecting the money while all of this is happening
Imo, You don’t need every memecoin to pump and guess whether BTC goes up or down
You just need people to keep showing up and using your platform
Of course, fees can drop just as quickly when the hype disappears
Can $PUMP keep the trenches alive when nobody is launching the next 100x?
Can $HYPE keep traders hooked when the market gets boring?
Because making money when everyone is euphoric is the easy part i think
Keeping people around when they’re getting absolutely cooked is the real test
In Crypto, degens are chasing the money, and the platforms are charging them for the privilege.
Simple as that

Post-quantum is the big story today.
What's moving?
@Starknet holders voted 93.5% to research becoming a post-quantum L1 (xitter.cf/starknet/status/211322…).
@quipnetwork put its QVM on testnet (Quip QVM story), and AmericanFort joined the Quantum Alliance (AmericanFort story).
A BeInCrypto report says agent payments are still mostly micropayments, and @zerufinance is part of that conversation (xitter.cf/manhhuynh2310/status/2…).
$AXIS launched on Base, and creators are posting their Kaito payouts (AXIS payouts story).
A whale swapped about $159M of BTC into ETH over 11 days, with BTC near $82K and ETH near $2,400 (whale story). a16z also renamed its crypto fund to Frontier (xitter.cf/eleanorterrett/status/…).

I’ve been going deep on tokenization lately and honestly it's way further along than most people think
almost $39B of real world assets are already onchain
Here are 29 projects carefully selected projects building it, and what they're doing right now 🧵
/ treasuries is where it all started. blackrock's BUIDL is sitting at $2.17B, franklin templeton's benji at $2.47B, circle's USYC at $2.39B
@Spiko_finance is quietly the biggest tokenized money market fund issuer at $2.67B. barely anyone talks about them.
/ @Ondo is the one i keep coming back to. TVL past $4B and they're pushing tokenized stocks on solana now
@SuperstateInc is putting funds and ETFs onchain, and @MidasRWA and @OpenEden_X are worth keeping on your radar too.
/ private credit is where the real yield is
@maplefinance says $4.8B AUM, @centrifuge just shipped V3.3, and @Figure has tokenized $25.7B in home equity loans. that last number is crazy.
/ then you've got the chains building for this. @plumenetwork, @MANTRA_Chain, @injective, @provenancefdn, @CantonNetwork
@chainlink is the plumbing connecting all of it with CCIP.
/ stocks are coming onchain fast too. @xStocksFi is past 1,000 assets, @RobinhoodApp has 190+ stock tokens, and @DinariGlobal has 230+
@Securitize is listed on the NYSE now. let that sink in.
/ gold and real estate are moving too. XAUT is at $3.33B and PAXG at $1.82B, and @RealTPlatform and @lofty_ai are putting rental property onchain
tradfi isn't asking "if" anymore, they're asking which chain
who are you watching?

The GENIUS Act marks a watershed moment in American finance, further cementing the United States as the crypto capital of the world. Just as President Abraham Lincoln’s National Currency Act of 1863 established a national framework for bank-issued currency, the GENIUS Act establishes a federal framework for payment stablecoins in the digital age.
The @USOCC's final rule carries that landmark legislation forward, providing a clear, practical foundation for private-sector innovation, competition, and American leadership in digital assets.
See how it works?
Build your social network, win while at it and somehow, you’re guaranteed to win more.
AI agents are starting to do more than just answer questions.
They could soon pay for services, manage subscriptions, and interact with onchain apps without constant human input.
→ Automated payments.
→ Onchain transactions.
→ AI-powered workflows.
But giving AI access to a wallet comes with real risks.
Spending limits, transaction approvals, and revocable permissions will be key to making this work safely.
The future isn’t just AI that thinks. It’s AI that can act.
