I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end.
For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis:
You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them.
As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple.
In effect, that leaves just one entity.
In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that Franceβs defamation law should apply.
Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; Franceβs defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly.
We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to Franceβs 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law.
The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individualβs sexual orientation or gender.
Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold
In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expertβs notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under Franceβs 3 month defamation ruleβnot the one year statutory.
I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft.
You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself.
So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.
π¨BREAKING NEWS:
I was just personally dismissed from the Macron lawsuit filed against me in Delaware.
This case represents one of the grossest, legal overreaches by a foreign government leader in human historyβa sitting Presidentβs attempt to personally bankrupt a single podcaster from outside the nation in which he governs.
And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the βFirst Ladyβ of theft from her sister.
I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.

STACY SHERIDAN (TAYLOR) Erika Frantzveβs TPUSA money connector spent 8 years working directly for KEN STARR AT THE SAME TIME Starr was defending JEFFREY EPSTEIN against charges of raping and trafficking underage girls. @MrsErikaKirk
STACY SHERIDAN, now Senior Director of Development at Turning Point USA, worked under STARR at Pepperdine Law the entire period he was on EPSTEINβs legal team.
STARR was Dean from 2004β2010. In 2007 he joined EPSTEINβs elite defense. In 2008 he helped lock in the non-prosecution agreement that let EPSTEIN walk with a slap on the wrist, work release, and federal Immunity DISGUSTING
SHERIDAN (then STACY TAYLOR) was Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs under him during those years, then promoted to Assistant Vice Chancellor.
Official bios confirm she worked βdirectly withβ Dean KENNETH W. STARR.
Now sheβs one of the top people raising money for TPUSA under Erika Kirk to βcarry forward Charlieβs mission.β
She worked for the man who helped get EPSTEIN off while he was abusing girls. Then she became the money connector at Turning Point USA.

Jared Kushner does not have any security clearances.
So his claim about divulging classified information, would mean he is admitting to illegal access of classified informationβ¦.
Jared Kushnerβs attorneys at Clare Locke have sent Vanity Fair a formal demand letter disputing the story and demanding its removal.
It can be very difficult for current and former intelligence customers to pursue defamation cases, not because they face a different legal standard, but because proving their case may require classified evidence they are not authorized to disclose.
Iβm not making a prediction about whether Kushner will or wonβt file suitβ¦just pointing out that itβs more challenging for him than for most.

There is a powerful lesson that voters are going to send to Republicans on Nov 3rd, but Iβm not confident they will learn the lesson.
They were given the America First mandate in 2024, and Trump massively violated that mandate with his Iran War, Epstein coverup, and creating an unaffordable economy.
For the past two years, Republicans have gone along with Trumpβs campaign betrayals and never even tried to steer back to the mandate.
They are all irrationally afraid of the Truth Social post and scared to upset the cult leader.
Yet they are going to lose because of the cult leader.
So the lesson is coming and the message is being sent once again to Washington.
Put America and Americans FIRST!
End the foreign wars that we donβt to pay for.
Focus on the domestic agenda that makes life affordable for Americans.
Everyone is sick of corruption and pay to play schemes in politics.
Everyone wants gas under $2 and cheap diesel.
And help the younger generations of Americans achieve their American dream.
Itβs not loyalty to a man or a party that the American people demand.
Itβs loyalty to the American people is what they demand.
