The Gujarat Goverment order not only violates the rights of kids, but also those of teachers. Violating article 21 this order threatens their right to practice their vocation and earn a livelihood It also infringes on the schools right to trade #SaveOurSchools @imBhupendrasinh

The order by the Gujarat Government, is in effect shutting down education altogether. It will render teachers jobless and kids without the option to learn. Article 21 promises right to education for all. The government decision is instead denying it for all. #SaveOurSchools

Fully understand your hurry to appease the court @nimmasuresh. But, this eyewash of an order is as arbitrary as the one with the ban. Wonder which hat the GoK pulled out these recommendations from. Extremely restrictive, unjustified & ridiculous. Just revoke the ban please.

Majority of parents have always supported online classes.Not sure where GoK quotes numbers from?Did it ask around in the ministry whether they can do something to provide education & interpreted the overwhelming ‘NO’ as against online classes,we wonder! #righttolearn @nimmasuresh
