This is the Miami Building, a landmark Art Deco residential complex located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was completed in 1936 at a cost of $90,000 and the design has been crucial in introducing a unique architectural style in the area.

I live in what is often considered one of the top 10 most rural counties in America. There used to be a trolly that ran regularly into the nearest very small "city." The rails were more direct than the modern roads, I think it was about 65 miles each way.

Retaining Target, movie theater, and BART station. More than 1,000 homes more than current proposal, and brings count of family-friendly homes from 0-2000+.
