I know conspiracy theories are coming true more often these days, but this one is false.
I have a degree in construction structural engineering and I know exactly how steel can fail. Pay close attention the following: Fireproofing on a building's steel structure is useful only when it remains intact. It can be scraped off easily with a knife. It has a time/temperature rating and what it’s designed for is if you have a regular office fire that takes 1-3 hours to put out.
Now imagine a fully loaded, 395,000 pound commercial passenger plane, made almost entirely of metal, traveling 200+ miles per hour, slamming into a building, ripping through the windows and drywall in front of the structural steel. There is no resistance at all. The metal skin and frame of that plane will rip the fireproofing off the structural steel columns and beams instantly. And not just on the steel at the edge of the building. That plane will shred everything in its path, all the way to the core of the building. Perhaps even through to the other side. Then you have near-full tanks of airplane fuel combusting and burning at approximately 1100-1500 degrees. Structural steel takes 2795 degrees to melt to a liquid. So while the steel certainly won't melt from airplane fuel, the amount of heat will soften steel considerably. Now consider 10 to 20 floors (about 100-200 million pounds) of dead weight/load (which means not in motion) on top of a bunch of steel columns that have been softened by over an hour of exposure to 1100+ degree temperatures throughout the affected floors. As soon as one column gives, it transfers all its load immediately to adjacent steel columns, which have also been compromised. They will all fail in succession, instantly. Now you have 10-20 floors of live load (in motion) coming down on steel designed only for dead load, at maximum strength.... and 25-35 floors in the other building, which is why it collapsed first even though it was hit second. The structure doesn't stand a chance. It will collapse straight down in the direction of gravity.
And the plumes of debris that conspiracy theorists love to talk about as being demolition squibs? Those weren’t squibs. They were caused by the expulsion of air out the sides of the building as the air compresses between collapsing floors. The air, along with the concrete dust was forced out via the path of least resistance, which was where the windows were. The plumes we saw in the WTC look different than demolition squibs.
Time to give up this conspiracy theory folks.

Ladies & Gentlemen I regret to inform you that The Ambassadors Hotel in The Refugee Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is fully booked for two years by The Home Office.
We’re housing illegals in the most expensive borough in the country.
Where next? The Dorchester?
