Interventional cardiologists with Georgia Heart Institute recently performed the first cases in the Southern United States using the SpectraWAVE HyperVue Imaging System. This system uses near-infrared "DeepOCT" and NIRS technology to capture highly detailed images from inside the coronary arteries. 🧐2 stent may be worse. Adequately prepare bifurcation then decide. Often provisional works (especially if you can use DCB for side)

Knuckles are not just “big” or “small”. They behave differently and this position paper will help make you understand state-of-the-art dissection techniques !

1-Start (XT or Gladius/Pilot 200), finish with MG
2- Rolling vs travelling knuckles
3-Redirect if explodes, can change wire to restart
4-Ok for retro knuckle to be bigger unlike antegrade one.
