Here's the AI conversation nobody in the creative world wants to have out loud. So I'll say it.
AI is here. It's not going anywhere.
History has proven two things. We never agree on anything at a global scale. And once something this powerful is out in the world, good or bad, you're never getting rid of it.
I started in graphic design, photo and video. I've edited thousands of videos. I love storytelling, designing, the creative process through and through.
So part of me is split. I get the fear. I want people to keep being encouraged to create. Part of me wishes this can of worms was never opened.
But I live in reality.
If something saves people time and money and helps them perform better, most people are going to use it. And honestly, they should.
You can be against the big picture of AI and still use it to make your life easier. It doesn't have to do your job. Even sorting your emails or organizing your files counts.
The last few months I've run as a one-man team in a way I never could in 15 years. Not by letting AI do the job. By being the director. I record, I build the brand, I talk through my ideas, and AI helps me structure them.
If AI disappeared tomorrow, I'd still come out ahead because of what it taught me about doing things better.
That's not slop. That's leverage.
Refusing to touch it like you'll change the outcome only hurts you. But the bigger issue is thinking you're doing something good by pressuring everyone else to hate it as much as you do.
I'm not saying it's a great thing. But every day you spend debating instead of figuring out how it works for you is a day wasted.
It's better to do content creation because you love it even when comes to the games you play instead falling out love with it.
Never lose yourself or your passion

Streaming used to be about bringing people together and having fun gaming. Getting paid came from building a real community who view and support your content.
Now a days it seems like everyone thinks they should be paid for just pushing the "GO LIVE" button.
Don't know why anyone wanna follow bot me on twitch, so not cool
But I removed all those followers cause I don't wanna get banned
People do change though, even I have and most people from back then just don't stream anymore or life happened.
I take this as a "hey I'm glad to still be making content and streaming" even though things have changed so much over the years.
It's interesting just how things kind of shift as the years go by
I was looking at my twitch followers and apparently some my oldest ones go back to 2018
None of them come by no more and I don't talk to them either.
But shows you how things shift over time.

That moment you record a video and your talking, your muted part way when someone comes in interrupts you then you forget to unmute till nearing the end of the video
Oof not fun when you realize that lol
This I'm one of those who have kind of struggled with this in a way.
I do have few games I play to myself on my backlog that been playing to myself which is nice
As a gaming content creator please remember to reserve time to play just for fun! That means having a few games that you can enjoy without the purpose of creating content. I say this because I've seen so many creators get "burned out" because they lack this balance. When gaming is only work it can slowly wear you down!

Remember to never follow bad advice
Something I learned just recently
Always follow your own path
It's good to however listen to those who have seen success in content creation over the years.
Yesss he made it now for the 4,000 watch hours which I hope you nail it
Now for the longest part of this whole thing.
Taking a month is gonna kill me JUST to unlock memberships and supers. ๐ฎโ๐จ
@YouTube @TeamYouTube wish it could go faster but I GET it. ๐
Sometimes letting go is the hardest thing you can do.
But we all gonna do it for ourselves if we want better.
YouTube just launched a Shorts bonus program. I got invited.
Here's how it actually works:
โ Post 12+ public Shorts a month
โ Hit that and you get a guaranteed base payment
โ Then a bonus on top based on your engaged Shorts views
The rundown:
โข Invite only. No application. Check the email tied to your YouTube and your Studio inbox
โข Accept in Studio by Nov 15 to start earning in November
โข Quota resets every calendar month. Miss it, no payout that month
โข Only organic views count. Promoted views don't
โข You have to still be monetized at the end of the month
โข Paid with your normal AdSense, around the 21st to 26th of the next month
What doesn't matter:
โข Notify subscribers on or off. It just has to be public
โข Nothing says you can't clip your own long-form, including YouTube's built-in "Edit into a Short"
What does:
โข Your own content only. Normal YPP rules
โข Don't spam near-identical clips. YouTube is cracking down on low-effort repetitive stuff. Not worth losing monetization over a bonus
12 Shorts a month is 3 a week. If you already make long-form, you're sitting on your quota.
Go check your email.

YouTube streamers get 13x more viewers than Twitch streamers.
The average YouTube Live channel has about 308 viewers.
The average Twitch channel has about 23.
Meanwhile, Twitch has 7.94M channels streaming.
YouTube Live has 699K.
Thatโs 11x more streamers on Twitch, fighting over a third of the watch time.
If youโre starting a stream in 2026, start it on YouTube first.
When one door closes another opens
Im grateful for every opportunity, friendship I made always will be grateful.
When I got YouTube partner 2 years ago it was honestly the best thing that could happen to me.
All those who support me now that I have gone only to YouTube streaming and content creation full time thank you truly from the bottom of my heart.
YouTube for me always been home.
