**Major Catalysts Are Approaching** ☑️ This week is packed with multiple major events, including the Federal Reserve expected to keep rates at 3.75%-4.00%, earnings reports from large tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, PCE inflation data, and the Bank of Japan’s decision. The risk of market volatility has risen significantly. ☑️ Investors will focus on AI spending efficiency and cloud business revenue growth. These companies have a combined market capitalization of nearly $8 trillion, and their results could determine the overall performance of the technology sector within the S&P 500. ☑️ If the PCE inflation data comes in hot (core PCE is expected to rise to 3.1% year-over-year), combined with hawkish signals from the Federal Reserve or the Bank of Japan, it could strengthen market expectations for a rate hike in December, thereby pressuring the stock market and affecting global carry trades. ☑️ In addition, there is the implied prospect of U.S. action against Iran. Up or down?

**Elon Musk’s Views on AI Data Center Risks** “In the past few weeks, the debt market has almost completely cut off funding for companies that lack substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX just completed a $40 billion GPU debt financing, but we are investment grade, and we also have revenue from Starlink and rocket launches. This means that more than 200 neoclouds (new cloud / AI cloud startups) will face ‘small-fish’ levels of death and consolidation. Some will survive, but not many. Small pure-play AI computing startups face very high risks. In contrast, large companies with other business support—such as SpaceX, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Meta—have stable non-AI revenue and strong credit ratings. They can still borrow money, continue expanding computing capacity, and even prioritize their own internal needs, further squeezing the survival space of smaller companies. This is the real divergence under the current debt financing environment

☑️ According to the Financial Times, due to weak investor demand, OpenAI has lowered its valuation target for its latest funding round by $150 billion, from $1.4 trillion to $1.25 trillion ☑️ AI enthusiasts, calm down. We don’t really need that kind of high-end, top-tier AI. After all, how many of us actually buy the highest-spec iPhone? ☑️ Market demand is simply not as high as they had expected. For most people, ordinary models or Chinese open-source ones are already sufficient AI will continue to develop📈

Tracking 200 Years of Technological Change in the United States ☑️ The chart above shows the 10-year rolling rates of capital investment, stock market returns, and labor productivity from the era of steam railroads through the information technology age ☑️ The key historical pattern revealed by the chart is that capital investment rises significantly during periods of major innovation, typically preceding improvements in stock market returns and productivity. The current period is marked as “AI?” ☑️ The AI capital expenditure boom may extend the economic cycle and is expected to drive long-term productivity growth, similar to the recurring dynamics seen in previous waves of technological transformation AI is still in its early stage. Board the giant ship that has just set sail, and do not let the winds and waves along the way shake your resolve📈

Funds continue to pour into cash assets on a scale rarely seen in history ☑️ Admittedly, putting money into Money Market funds can now generate a certain return, but the current momentum appears somewhat extreme Such surges in the past have often harbored opportunities. Will this time be different?
