Penny says that Nemanja Popović will play at Arkansas tomorrow night despite yesterday’s ruling.
Adds that Memphis will approach things as if Popović won’t miss any time until they know for sure.
Penny says that Memphis’ appeal of the Nemanja Popović ruling “should be an expedited decision.”
“We should know something later this week.”
Hardaway says that he had “no idea” about Nemanja Popović’s six-game withholding period prior to yesterday’s ruling.
Penny Hardaway on with @Greg_Gaston and @Eli_1075 this morning, giving his reaction to yesterday’s NCAA ruling on Nemanja Popović:
“We are appealing. This whole entire thing is so tedious. We feel like in today’s era, this shouldn’t even be a problem,” Hardaway says.
