Please help me make this go viral until @expedia does right.
Day 49 asking @expedia to honor what they sold me for my honeymoon and refund the upgrade we paid for and didn’t receive. I paid over $350 for the upgraded room and we were told it’s not available but no refund.
DO NOT book through @Expedia! Booked our honeymoon through them and paid to upgrade to a two story suite but when we got to hotel we were put in small room next to kids play area. They refuse to help and just say tough luck. Avoid them.
