I connected two completely separate Roblox games, running on separate live servers, through one real-time spatial portal!
⚽ As you can see, we are kicking a soccer ball through from one Roblox game to another Roblox game.
Each side receives just enough live world/player data to reconstruct what’s happening on the other side, so you can physically look into the other game, see players moving and chatting, and even send objects through the portal into the other experience.
📡 The two servers are only exchanging state at around 7–8Hz, so a lot of the challenge was making that relatively low-frequency data still appear smooth and responsive through interpolation/prediction on the client.
It isn’t a video, screen capture, or a pre-rendered trick - both games are genuinely linked live. This was ridiculously difficult to get working lol.
Ads for engagement seem to work a lot better now. I managed to reach the required 250 'highly engaged users' within just 1,600 visits.
I spent just under $250 USD on ads. If I had bypassed the limit by spending 50K Robux instead, it would've cost me roughly double what I spent through ads.
What worked best for me was running ads for 7 days at around $20 USD a day, then reviewing which creatives performed best and had the highest CTR. From there, I'd create improved versions based on what was already performing well, run another round of ads, and repeat the process one last time if needed.
Theres the secret sauce, and it'll get a lot easier in November when Roblox reduces it to only 100 required!
Just found an old drawing I did a long time ago..
I wish I’d put a date on it, but kids don’t put dates lol. This is probably almost 10 years old! I wrote down some of my favorite Roblox creators and developers at the time, along with my old account ‘Excaliburyt31’, which got falsely banned because of a backdoor script in a model when I was new to Roblox Studio and just trying it out 😔
Glad I kept this "masterpiece"!
📦 Completely free tutorial on how to achieve the HOM (Hall of Mirrors) effect on Roblox (just like the "trippy" parts you see in 'The Hunt: Roblox 20')
What to do:
1. Download the blender file from the GitHub link below
2. Import whatever mesh you want the effect on into Blender
3. Select the mesh and go to the 'scripting' tab at the top of Blender (you'll see the script already there)
4. At the top of the 'scripting' tab hit the 'Run' icon while still selecting your mesh (run icon looks like a play button)
5. Export your mesh as an .fbx file
6. In studio import the .fbx file
7. Change the mesh to 'Glass' material and set transparency to '0'
✅ Done! Now test & you'll see the trippy effect on your mesh.
📃 I've also included the .ps file if needed

I made it so I can literally jump out of a live Roblox game and onto my desktop!
The trampoline launches my character out of the window, then he just walks around on my taskbar and other windows. I can pick him up like a ragdoll and use a grapple hook to get back into the game.
Getting this to look seamless was way harder than I expected, especially the walking animations and the transition between Roblox and the desktop. After so many attempts, I’m honestly just happy I finally got it working this smoothly lol.
If you have any other crazy ideas you’d like to see made in Roblox, let me know below. I’ll pick one and see if I can make it happen!
YouTube but inside of Roblox, don't ask how, just watch..
Basically, it’s a real web browser running outside Roblox, with Roblox acting as the display and control layer. The webpage gets streamed into the game, while your clicks, typing and scrolling are sent back to the browser in real time.
So it’s not a recreation of YouTube - it’s the actual website being interacted with from inside Roblox!
I tested this with Wikipedia as well. This will work with pretty much any website. Yeah, it's not perfect but it's still super cool!
Unbelievable quality from GPT 6 Astra! 💯
GPT 6 Astra just fully scripted a working chassis in Roblox. It over did itself! It successfully made:
Driving, steering, suspension, passenger seats, automatic driver’s door, ignition startup, engine sounds, gear changes, dashboard gauges, animated HUD, speedometer, RPM gauge, compass, trip counter, headlights, brake lights, reverse lights, indicators, horn, first-person view, chase camera, moving steering wheel, steering arm animations, handbrake, skidding, tire smoke, tire marks, burnouts, launch boost, vehicle reset, mobile controls, controller support
This is truly insane.. I didn't even ask for mobile/console support & it made it anyway ❤️
Yet another success from GPT 6 Astra!
It effectively made an elder oak tree in <1 hour for Roblox. This would take a human 4-8 hours to make.
📦 Modelled whole thing in blender & provided file
👌 Did its own quality checks while making it & fixed its own mistakes
🖼️ Made 4K & 2K quality textures
Scary times for modelers, I can tell you that..
What do you want to see GPT 6 make next? 📩
GPT 6 Astra successfully made a Mercedes AMG G63 model for Roblox!
In 2 hours GPT 6;
📦 Modeled a whole G63 in blender
🖼️ Made its own textures/PBR textures
🖥️ Made reference designs & plans and reviews for its own sake
The outcome, absolute beauty. This would take a modeler days to make.. GPT 6 made it in 2 hours! The amount of detail it put into the model is also astounding!
I have the whole Blender file, I have the full texture files, I have the full image files, I have everything. This is so next level I don't even know what to say anymore..
Now yes there are a few issues, the body design isn't 100% perfect and there are a few issues with the placement of parts, but overall, I'm super happy with the outcome!
GPT 6 is going to seriously ramp up the ease in making Roblox games.
It successfully made:
🌲 Stylized Tree Pack
🪨 Stylized Rock Pack
🌱 Stylized Grass Pack
🪵 Stylized Log Pack
This is just the surface of what GPT 6 can do. You may not agree with not commissioning builders, but 9/10 people aren't going to wait a week for a pack that can be made very well by AI within 30-45 minutes.
I still think there are things that humans can do better that AI hasn't solved yet, but with time even those things will become obsolete.
This image shows the love, creativity & in a sense, 'family' that Roblox used to try to be, with everything being so corporate now-a-days this is a true treasure. I do hope companies go back to being fun one day..
