Mint sauce for the bhajis is sorted…

Onion bhajis are prepped and ready to be cooked later too.. Just some mint sauce and the rice to prep now..

The curry sauce is made and awaits the chicken later..

One of my brothers and his other half are coming for dinner early this evening.. I’m making a chicken curry (mild but tasty, by request) and it’s already under way..

Looking forward to the clock in my car being right again tomorrow morning..

Made up chicken and chorizo dish with onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, parsley and peas, along with some butter, garlic and rosemary coated hasselback potatoes.. It was excellent…
