My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—JESUS CHRIST, the Righteous One.

Rahab was a prostitute in Jericho, yet God redeemed her & placed her in the lineage of Jesus.
Her past was real, but God’s grace was greater.
Your history may explain where you’ve been, but it has NO authority to determine where God will take you.

Talk to God daily, He hears you 🙏❤️
No perfect words or moments needed.
Pray when grateful.
Pray when afraid.
Pray when your heart is heavy or life is good.
God welcomes every talk.
Never stop talking to the One who never stops listening.

I work in an atmosphere where the affluent are treated as superior, while every day Joe’s are looked as if they’re second class citizens.
It honestly disgusts me.
Some days I block it out better than others. Today was a day that I had my fill.
The story of Lazarus and the rich man in Luke 16 comes to mind.

Jesus says that He came as a light, so that those who believe in Him won’t walk in darkness (vs 46), and He’s not judging those who don’t believe. That’s not why He came.
So if Jesus isn’t judging those who don’t believe, shouldn’t we do the same?

I started a new class tonight, I am really pumped!
It's going to be intense, but we're studying Theology, Christology, Pneumatology, Anthropology, Soteriology, and Ecclesiology/Eschatology.
I want to grow in my understanding of my faith alot deeper this year.
I am really looking forward to learning so many new things, and I pray that God will help me to retain what I learn. "He must become greater, I must become less." John 3:30.

A heart reminder 🤍
Even when answers feel delayed, even when the details are unclear, we can still choose to look to the Lord.
Waiting isn't easy, but it's not wasted. God hears you, He sees you, and He is working, even when you can't see it yet. Keep looking to Him!, your breakthrough may be closer than you think.

There is no perfect love except God’s love.✨
In this world, if we keep looking for perfection in others, we will only find disappointment.
Therefore, do not look for a perfect person to love and cherish, but love the imperfect one with a perfect love.. ❤
