As we had a large joint of Pork yesterday, there’s loads leftover. My nephew requested some Bao buns, to have with some of it and I’ve just made a curry, with the last of the 🐷

My #gbbo ‘Ultimate Garlic bread’ signature bake. A bulb of roast garlic, spread over the dough, then topped with ham and cheese. I then fold it like an envelope and divide in 12. Each piece is cut into thirds, plaited and rolled into balls & baked in a tray #GBBOTwitterBakeAlong

2 Sourdough loaves baked this afternoon. The 1st is @CotswoldFlour Churchill white and the last of my Bibury barley. The 2nd is Churchill white, white spelt and a little Cotswold crunch #WorldBreadDay

… sausage rolls, with cheese and sesame seed topping. Chilli cheese swirls. Mashed potato, with finely diced onion and cheese, on top of puff pastry, sprinkled with chilli flakes, rolled up and sliced before baking. Very Moreish

Cinnamon buns (got the family "we’ve had none for ages", whilst other’s want brownies 😳) baked in @NordicWareUK cinnamon bun pull apart pan, with a lemon icing across the top.

Chocolate chilli #Brownies, squidgy brownies with a little background hint of warmth.

Focaccia baked to go with tonight’s tea and as the oven was on, I baked triple cheese scones too.

We’ve company (my cousin from Leeds) coming tomorrow, for a few days. "Will you bake me some Ginger cakes" was his request. No doubt he’ll want another batch to take back with him.

Came back from the shops, to find a load of 🍏 on the doorstep. So I’ve baked Apple turnovers and a couple of apple crumbles, as my brother requested one. (yet to bake them)
