This one goes back even a bit further. Yes, I did have a big hair phase. I got tired of my fine straight hair and went for it. Here I am playing an acoustic set with my classical guitar. Again, I had AI clean up the old photo. It is the original photo, just better resolution.

I finally got my Mac Mini. It was the last piece of equipment for my home recording studio. Now starts the process of getting it all together, and then I will start making original music again. Stay tuned.

A throwback to my Dr. Rob therapist days. Here I am appearing on a popular TV show in Texas back in the 90s. Yes, I was once a clean-cut professional.

This, and all of my photos are real. I only have AI sharpen them up, as many of them were taken back before high resolution cameras where available. They were not made with AI.

Me, in Nashville at the Gibson Showcase theater. I was asked to come up on stage and play a tune with the band. I found it rather ironic that I played a Fender strat through a Gibson amp.

I love this time of year. Sometimes you get lucky and someone leaves a big bag of garlic scapes, free for the taking in the gym lobby. I added them to our dinner tonight. Grilled chicken, grilled garlic scapes , and en papillote potatoes and onions. All done on my @TraegerGrills

The brisket is on the Traeger. After four hours, we reach an internal temp of 165 and double wrap the brisket and increase the cooking temp to 275. It was eight hours from start to finish. The brisket, along with the traditional side dishes was a delicious summertime BBQ dinner.

Nice morning fishing with the kayaks with Linda and our grandson, Chris. One of the true joys of retirement.

Bright, zesty, and fresh cod and shrimp ceviche with homemade tortilla chips. Paired with a fine IPA. Perfect for a hot day.

This is a tune from 23 years ago, off of our second album, Surfin' the Big Dogma titled Amsterdam (for Jan). youtu.be/YUgzTn6MF-k?si=kL-W…

I was once a 22 year old guitar player, jamming and having fun. Here I am now at 69. Still jamming and having fun.

My dear friends, Doug and Brenda gave me a St. Joe meat market gift card for my birthday. I finally used it today, and it was wonderful. Two beautiful 1 inch ribeye steaks. One rare and the other mid-rare.

A short, but sweet visit with Keith this morning. Keith and I met 53 years ago in Chicago, and have been like brothers ever since. Always a pleasure to see Keith and do some catching up. Next visit, we'll get on the lake and do some fishing.
