Wow! How often do we fight against what God is telling us because we think we know better. How often does our path lead to more pain?
Christianity is a called to change! A change in our allegiance from the world to the Kingdom. A change in our behavior from selfish to selfless. A change in our priorities from ourselves to others. Like it or not, Christians are called to change every second of every day.
The church is not ours to make into what we wish. She is Christ’s. This is our role in our dying cultures—to be outposts of the heavenly people of God in the midst of the inhabitants of the earth. We are to be a taste of the Kingdom. ~ @lauterblog
