Helped out with a BEST (Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology) robotics competition last weekend. The theme was Incision Decision based on medical robots doing tasks like placing stents and unclogging arteries. Very interesting.
Fun to watch a summer drone/fireworks show at the local theme park. @SF_FiestaTexas
Had fun helping with @FRCTeams #FIRSTEnergize this weekend. Congrats to 2881 Lady Cans for winning the Impact Award, and 2468 Team Appreciate for being the Winning Alliance Captain.
Some exciting robot matches at the Central TX @ftcteams Regional. Had fun volunteering. Full video available youtu.be/hza0cWGMolI
Volunteering for @FTCTeams Power Play tournament, fun. A Representative for Congressman Joaquin Castro's office stopped by to see the teams thanks to the TechnoWizards.
Fun volunteering at @FTCTeams Power Play robotics meet. One team was stacking 3 cones in autonomous, very impressive. There was real action with teams trying to get their team's cone on top of the stacks.
Volunteering fun at @FTCTeams Power Play meet 1 event, saw some tall stacks of cones on high junctions.
Volunteering at a SA Best Robotics event, tournament is next weekend. Looks like an interesting challenge.
Thanks to Coach Gabe from @BroncBotz for hosting another @FTCTeams Kickoff and featuring some Alumni, looks like another fun season!
youtu.be/QLn9RnmseGI Here is a livestream we did of one of the @FIRSTinTexas championships a little while back, first time we livestreamed, so wanted to share lessons learned.
youtu.be/sEnP3zYausw Created a tutorial for @FTCTeams livestreaming with scoring software. List of required hardware & software in the description, enough to run 2 fields at once. #tipsforteams #ftctipsforteams
Had fun volunteering at @FTCTeams Regional Championship, saw some measuring tape arms to place their little cone for points. Another team's scoring element was designed as a battery (to go with their team name). Good job to the teams!
