Mine eyes have seen the glory

For the first time in quite a while I’m absolutely crestfallen I’m not going to an away game tonight. I don’t know why, I’ve been to Ewood Park about 10 times and never seen us win. Avoiding defeat tonight would be seismic in my opinion.

Finished Slow Horses, I find it hugely watchable and very entertaining, however if I were to put my Mark Kermode hat on I’d probably have to write a bad review. Very cliched, huge holes in the plot, a bit slapstick comedy (perhaps intentional) and poorly acted bar Lamb/Taverner!

I wish all football managers looked like they were in Napalm Death or Discharge. This look is wasted on the masses, it is more deserving of a smaller niche, cult audience.

I’d have shaken hands on two successive draws versus Boro and Derby to maintain momentum so a point extra feels very satisfying indeed. Sets us up nicely with two home games to come. I’m making the pilgrimage too, even better.
