This morning I found myself fixated on โRock of Thanksโ that was sent to me in 2018 from the Benson Family in Maryland. It served as a reminder that even during rough times, there are many across the USA who truly appreciate & support US in the #HardestJobInAmerica! #RocksforLEOS

Such an awesome thing you do! My rock from several years ago still sits on my desk!
Hey all! As you know we have semi-retired our rock painting due to the girls getting older & I'm working full-time again. However, a special request came in for 2 retired secret service agents! So cool! Thank y'all for your service! #rocksforleos #rockfamily #secretservice

It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my sweet boy, my best friend and my loyal partner. I will never be the same. I am so thankful for the privilege of having you in my life.
Our hearts and prayers to our #RockFamily @EPPOLICE on the loss of their Chief. We had the honor of rocking him & several officers within the department back in 2018. We're so sorry to hear the news. ๐ญ๐๐

In 2020, at the end of his final year at Pitt, Damar Hamlin organized a toy drive for kids in his hometown of McKees Rocks, Pa. This is the young man who went down on the field tonight in Cincinnati. He is a man; not a number on a jersey. Prayers for Damar.

Please donโt share the video of the Damar Hamlin play. Share this because we are all Praying for him and his family.

Folks if you'd like to donate, I know the family will need the help. Any amount is appreciated. Justin was a friend and SWAT teammate of mine when we had a team. Justin leaves behind a wife with 5 daughters. Thank you friends and strangers. ๐๐๐
