BOMBSHELL: Sydney Swans sex assault probe expands secret recording of alleged victims seized as writ lands on Heeney and co.
Detectives have now spoken to a man who secretly taped the women in the days after the Pullman Hotel incident. He contacted Swans officials. The club flagged the AFL integrity unit.
Victoria Police sexual crimes squad then seized the recording under warrant from a Melbourne property.
The women are “deeply upset and angry” about being recorded without their consent.
A second tape, a 20 minute version of events from one of the adult entertainers in the room, has also been handed to investigators.
Four players remain under investigation: Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Nick Blakey and James Jordon.
A writ has been served against Swans players, including Heeney. Taylor Adams and the Sydney Swans Football Club are also being sued. Two of the exotic dancers are represented by Carbone Lawyers; a third by Slater & Gordon.
The allegations include a claim one woman was touched on the vagina.
A decision on criminal charges is expected next month.
Meanwhile, Heeney has just been awarded the Bob Skilton Medal as the Swans’ best and fairest for 2026.
The players were only suspended for drinking, staying out late and having adult entertainers in the hotel, not the alleged sexual assault.
They deny criminal wrongdoing.

The problem is the selective focus. There’s an entire leftist ecosystem of radicalisation, violence and cultural hostility that ABC rarely examines with the same intensity.
He could have drawn a comparison with the alleged attack on independent MP Helen Haines by Brendan Nugent a long-time environmental activist with a history of climate and progressive political activity, rather than treating political violence as a right-wing phenomenon only.
He could have shown footage of left-wing protesters burning the Australian flag and desecrating monuments.
Instead, the series frames ordinary nationalism and traditional masculine roles (protector, provider) as inherently dangerous myths, while largely ignoring parallel extremism on the other side.

Can we stop twisting this into something it isn’t? The man charged with deliberately running down Helen Haines is a longtime environmental activist with a documented history of mental health struggles, isolation, and neurological issues.
His online activity was an environmentalist and later pro-Palestine, not manosphere content, cartoons, or right-wing politics.
This attack has nothing to do with those things. I’m tired of seeing a brutal crime against an MP exploited for unrelated agendas.

BREAKING: A Sri Lankan transgender far left activist avoids jail after bombing a toilet at Melbourne’s Land Forces defence expo.
Malith Shamera Fernando, 25, of Blackburn, detonated a homemade incendiary device in the male toilets at the Melbourne Convention Centre on 12 Sept 2024, while people were in nearby cubicles.
It created a small fire and $4,600 damage. He scoped the venue the day before using his engineer ticket.
Police found 28 more homemade devices at his home, plus cannabis trafficking, ketamine and other drugs.
Protest material about “Free Palestine” and “disrupt Melbourne” was also recovered.
He pleaded guilty.
The prosecution demanded jail but soft on migrant crime Magistrate Donna Bakos gave him a Community Corrections Order, therapy and drug programs, and told him to pay the $4,600.
Why he avoided jail time?
Because prison would be “more onerous” due to his mental health diagnoses and gender status.
So a biological male who planted a bomb at a defence expo, stockpiled more explosives, and dealt drugs walks free, because the judge decided jail might be too hard for him.
Two tier justice on full display.
