Northgate Street from Town Hall to Wall, that's already Chester's Restaurant Quarter. Pedestrianising will cost £3m, but even £6m will be added to Chester's economy in the 1st year & save the taxpayer £50m by just moving the Market to old library, & not building any restaurants
Extending pedestrian only hours until 10pm is good for those who already have pedestrianisation; Even better would be to extend the pedestrian streets area, especially for Northgate Quarter's many, many restaurants. All the area needs to attract '000s more is tables in the street
