Ive wrapped up my rattan seating for the winter. Last year when I got a gust of wind it all came off and it's a proper cover for that seating. Good quality an original cost was nearly 200 quid. If it stays on one week ill be surprised

A bit pissed off tbh. After feeling i was much improved for a number of days this Novovirus came back with a vengeance yesterday afternoon. Partially my own fault possibly as I risked some cottage pie yesterday, not been right since, hopefully it's a 24hr thing

So ive lost just over 9lb over the last couple of weeks hoping to lose another 9lb mainly from the belly area . Based in the last couple of days im tempted to say im 95% better, hooe it continues
