Xi-Jinping is about to get a third term as CCP leader, but his third term is unlikely to be a charm. He arguably inherits (largely of his own making) one of the most difficult in-boxes of any leader, one filled with economic, health, environmental, & national security challenges.

Somebody must interpret for the holders the very technical real-world acts of block producers. Thus EOS will depend on a labor-intensive, subjective, unpredictable, and biased bureaucracy. They've thrown out best parts of blockchain tech and replaced them with bad governance. xitter.cf/MauryMcCoy/status/1004…
Replying to @NickSzabo4
I see the constitution more as a guide for EOS holders deciding on block producers. They will essentially be judge and jury and kick out BPs who fail to act responsibly.
Similar to Google's mantra of "Don't be evil". Not really enforceable, but a basis from which to start.
