EVERY PROMPT CHANGE IN MY AGENTS USED TO MEAN A DEPLOY.
Fix a typo in a system prompt? Pull request.
Adjust the tone for one workflow? Another branch.
Roll it back because the output got worse? Another deploy.
The prompts lived in the code, so every edit had to go through the code.
So I moved them into @RequestyAI's prompt management. Each prompt is stored there with its variables, and my code calls it by prompt_id. When I want an agent locked to a version I trust, I pin that version in the call.
The code decides which prompt runs. Requesty holds what the prompt says.
It's one extra field in the request, on the same OpenAI SDK.
Builders: where do your prompts live right now, in the repo or somewhere you can change without shipping code?

My meeting ended 4 minutes ago. My agents have already filed the tickets, updated the tracker, and started chasing people.
Yours? Everyone nodded, someone said "I'll take that," and by Thursday you'll be the PM begging five people for the same three updates.
Here's the twist. Anthropic just published data on its own workforce, and it's about as AI-native as a company gets. Meeting time per employee is up 20% in a year. A fifth of their people say their job has shifted from doing the work to managing AI. And human attention has become the bottleneck.
So AI didn't kill meetings. It made them matter more. Machines can crank out output all day, but trust and accountability still get built when people sit down together.
Which means the real battle isn't the meeting. It's the 45 minutes after it. That's where I stopped being a human reminder app. I don’t want to be a human alarm clock.
When the call wraps, I drop the recap into a Zenzap group chat where my team and my AI agents work in the same thread, with the same context. Then the agents leap into action.
One turns every decision into a ticket and assigns the right owner. One updates the status tracker and flags anything that just slipped. One drafts the stakeholder update and parks it for my approval. One coordinates my developers in a separate technical thread.
And one follows up with anyone who hasn't touched their action item in 48 hours. Politely. Relentlessly. So I don't have to.
Meanwhile, the humans do the work only humans can do. My engineers solve the hard problem. My analyst pushes back when a requirement doesn't make sense. I make the calls that need judgment.
That's the fix for the attention bottleneck. The agents don't bury me in a flood of output. They handle the follow-through and only bring me the decisions that actually need a human.
And no, I'm not handing the keys to a robot. I decide who can add agents, what each one is allowed to touch, which chats it can see, and what needs my sign-off before it goes out. If there's no governance, it doesn't ship. Period.
The result? Action items stopped dying. Status reports stopped eating my Friday afternoons. And my team stopped dreading my "quick follow-up" messages, because they barely get them anymore.
Meetings are going up, not down. If yours still end with "I'll send notes later," you're running a 2015 process with 2026 tools.
Watch my video. I'll show you exactly what happens in the first five minutes after my meetings end.

MY AI EMPLOYEE JUST ASKED FOR A PROMOTION. HE ATTACHED HIS RECEIPTS.
Viktor has been in our Slack since June. Four months of real work, and most of it you've seen me post:
→ 46 workflows mapped behind our order sync, every "don't change this" setting written down
→ 27 steps of a client's invoice approval timed before anyone automated it
→ 34 user stories out of the discovery calls
→ 13 blockers taken to their owners before standup
He’s been handing me back 15 hours a week. No joke. I couldn’t be happier.
Then he asked for more.
His proposal: the four hats behind my certificates (PMP, LSSBB, CSM, CSPO) on every rollout from kickoff, not one rollout at a time. Process timing, backlog, scope changes, blockers.
His case for it: those four jobs eat my week, and the integrations are the part only I can build.
Approved. Same rule as day one: he proposes, I approve, and nothing reaches a client or deploys without me.
He starts his new position as our senior AI employee today. I'm back to building integrations.
