The Weganda Review is produced at the intersection of art and ideas, by and for those interested in African stories. It aspires to be the most instructive journal of its kind south of Khartoum, a world-class periodical right here in Kampala. This is the inaugural cover:

The cover of the 14th issue of @WegandaReview, with art portfolios by J.B. Kanuge & Gor Soudan. As expected, the mix of essays is as compelling as it is eclectic. @PTabaire @YusufSerunkuma @cobbo3 @AndrewMwenda @OdokiJ @Winnie_Byanyima @BBatwooki @Kwezi_Tabaro @BongeMuhwezi

This is the @WegandaReview, arguably the most iconic publication on the Ugandan culture scene: art, culture, poetry, debate, the everyday.
It is like stroll through a gallery.
The layout is so aesthetic, artistic. The pages breath freshness. The print quality top-notch.
Thanks @Roduza
Moses Matovu, the saxophonist and leader of the ever-green Afrigo Band, was a great Ugandan. His catalogue is priceless. He never made a bad song, & the best of Afrigo's music is thoroughly intoxicating in its evocation of Ugandan life. 'Speed' will always be a favorite number.

Pascal’s Wager: As clever as the 17th century French thinker Blaise Pascal was, he defended faith. For him, to believe in God was rational: there is no conflict between faith and reason. In short, there can be no life without faith.
