At this point, this is getting ridiculous. I can understand a mistake. I can understand a process taking time. What I have a much harder time understanding is being told something is resolved when it isn’t, tickets being closed while the problem still exists, and getting different answers depending on who responds. @phantom has enormous influence over how users perceive businesses in this ecosystem. If you’re going to use that influence to put a giant red warning in front of our customers, you damn well better have the processes behind it to make sure you’re right, and to fix it when you’re not. We’ve been patient. We’ve been professional. We’ve gone through the proper channels. How many times are we supposed to do that before Phantom actually takes ownership of THEIR problem? We shouldn’t have to make noise publicly to get action. We shouldn’t have to chase support for answers. And we sure as hell shouldn’t be fighting to clear our name after being told the issue was already resolved. This isn’t how you treat builders in your ecosystem.... or is it? If it is, I'm sure you'll start seeing people exit your platforms.... @phantom, get your house in order.
