We’re sticking it out because we genuinely hope it will improve. We aren’t ready to give up on the career that stole our hearts, but many are at the breaking point. When a state has 200 opening within 2 weeks that’s not bad luck, that’s a sign. #teacher
Great question! As an educator, I wish my students wanted to learn as badly as I want to teach them. Some students will never want to learn. They cannot possibly care about history or any other subject when their basic needs are not being met. #MTHistTLs

Easy, I use the MHS website so often in my classroom that I couldn't teach any portion of Montana history without it. What a wonderful resource. #MTHistTLs
I greet every student at the door every class with a smile and some kind of handshake. The first time each day, I tell each student how happy I am that they are in school or in my class. I hear things like "Dab it up Mr. Buck" every day. #MTHistTLs
I helped one of my former students apply and receive a full ride scholarship that paid for her to go to medical school. She graduated with honors within the last month. Teachers change lives! #MTHistTLs
MFPE conference was a huge success. So glad I got to see @MrsAWills. Always a good time to visit with friends.
Took my grandson to his first Bobcat game. He didn't quite make it to halftime. The game was great! Go Cats!
