All these so-called “independent” Republicans will go right back to voting for Johnson as speaker, confirm every Trump nominee, vote with Trump on everything, and continue doing zero oversight on his corrupt regime. A vote for any one of them is a vote to continue all of that.

Trump ran for president to give himself immunity from his many crimes, increase his net worth exponentially by obscenely profiting off the presidency, and ensure that he could get away with cheating on his taxes in the past, present and future. Oh, and to build a ballroom.
This is not how American democracy should function. It’s getting worse every election, not better. I know constitutional amendments are difficult, but it seems like there should be a bipartisan supermajority of citizens who say enough with this stuff.
If it is possible to know which specific companies are now going to be selling Russian fuel in the US, someone please let us all know because that’s something many of us want to know.
This is what the Republican Party was offering the American people last night heading into the midterms.
I remember when media did a whole bunch of stories about Joe Biden’s shoes to emphasize that he was old. But Trump can randomly blurt out random noises, fall asleep constantly in meetings, and walk like a drunk failing a sobriety test, and we get almost nothing.
This was like his 3rd glitch during the speech where he just randomly stops mid-sentence and makes a weird noise or, in this case, just opens his mouth and freezes for 3 seconds while saying nothing, then continues. Pretty sad that TV networks refuse to cover this situation.
In the Republican Party, this is your ticket to success. Not policy achievements. Not improving people’s lives. It’s who can kiss Trump’s ass in the most shameless way possible. His cabinet is a perfect example, where they do it every single day. That’s why they have their jobs.
So we finally got some media companies to write stories about Trump’s weird obsession with men’s bodies, when do we get the obvious cognitive decline stories? 2029?
This doesn’t sound like draining the swamp.
SCOOP: Jill Buria, who’s married to Pete Hegseth chief of staff Ricky Buria, on Sunday registered to lobby the Pentagon as part of her new K Street job. After I asked her, her firm told me she will no longer work to influence the Defense Department. politico.com/newsletters/pol…
What a surprise that former Epstein pal Donald Trump is enthusiastically all-in with someone exploiting child sex assault in the OH governor’s race.
The horrible despicable soulless slimy Republican Party of sewer dwellers.
