I’ve written an Open Letter to @POTUS recommending he follow in the footsteps of George Washington and pass the torch to the next generation of Democratic leaders

This is how you take an old political ad putting a twist on it while keeping it classy for your campaign.
Done far better than RFK Jr’s Super Bowl ad in 2024
In 1962, my grandad Birch ran for office, but there was one problem - nobody knew how to pronounce our name. So his campaign came up with a jingle to help voters remember it.
As we approach Election Day, I wanted to bring that tune back and put my own spin on it.
My grandad’s example inspired me to believe in the power of public service to make a real difference in people’s lives. He helped pass the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act, authored the constitutional amendment lowering the voting age to 18 so that the young Americans fighting and dying in Vietnam would have a voice in choosing their leaders, and championed Title IX, opening doors for generations of women in college athletics.
I’m proud to carry on that tradition of service in my own way.
I am not taking the bait that Louisiana will be close but this does tell us one thing
Louisiana Amendment 4 (effectively the “Stop John Bel Edwards Amendment”) will likely fail
LOUISIANA SENATE RACE
Just saw (for the first time) an anti Jamie Davis ad by the Accountability Project - 6 days before Election Day.
Don't sleep on the Gret Stet - as JMC said in a recent interview, this is NOT a "slam dunk" race for Rep. Letlow.

After around 10 hours of people missing the main point I’m trying to get at here
Vivek may not have the favorable political environment that Jay Jones had but even as someone who thinks Acton is favored. NEVER take her winning for granted.
CAMPAIGN LIKE YOU’RE 5 POINTS BEHIND!!
I know we all want to believe Vivek has throughly fucked his campaign however Ohio Governor is not to be taken as granted for Amy Acton.
Because as a warning, remember Jay Jones last year:
#OhioGovernor
President Trump writes in lengthy Truth Social post that Vivek Ramaswamy shouldn’t take his ad featuring Acton’s estranged mother down.
Calls it very powerful.
Jim Risch did succeed Larry Craig after all…
If you type in jimrisch.com this webpage appears.
Jim Risch is the Senator from Idaho who chairs the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
#OhioGovernor
Axios: Vivek Ramaswamy's campaign says the ad with Acton’s estranged mother will begin streaming tonight, and will be airing statewide in Ohio.
Angie Nixon knows Florida voters prefer National Socialism over Democratic Socialism!!
Angie Nixon says Fishback is welcome to her campaign, ‘just can’t be bigoted’ miamiherald.com/news/politic…
And why did the guy who took third in Pennsylvania’s US Senate primary speak on the race like he mattered? Think he was mayor of a random town but probably had no future political career.
The last public execution in the United States was the hanging of Rainey Bethea for the rape and murder of a 70-year-old woman Kentucky.
The date of the execution was August 14, 1936.
This would be the first public execution in the US in over 90 years.
(If it somehow turns out to be true, that would be even funnier)
🚨 #BREAKING: Allegedly, multiple people have tried to sign Tom Cotton’s personal cell number up on Grindr after Trumped leaked it in a dementia fit, and the number was already tied to an account. Big if true.
Welcome back Victor Berger!!
NYP: Tim Burchett Plans to Block Chevalier From Congress
Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) plans to try to block Democratic nominee and New York socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier from taking her seat in Congress if she wins the Nov. 3 election — over her saying she used the American flag as a napkin

If people are surprised by this, wait until they find out Allan Lichtman ran for US Senate in Maryland in 2006 (placed 6th in the Democratic primary with just over 6.9k votes!!)
