Akaal Thakt: Do you know who’s Baba Jarnail Singh ji Khalsa Bhindranwale?
Bhagwant Mann: He was fighting a great war, he was inside the temple when Operation Bluestar took place…
Bhindranwale and his followers, who assassinated critical voices, threatened to kill 5000 Hindus, killed 6 Hindus in Kapurthala and much more. He was a prominent militant of Khalistani radicals who is now being discussed as a martyr by the Chief Minister of Punjab!
You mfkr @Flipkart - this is what you’ve been doing from the past 5 days. Delaying it by a day every evening and today again. Scheduled for October 24th and shifting it daily… you’ve now rescheduled the delivery for October 29th.

From the discovery of zero to Homi Bhabha’s three-stage nuclear vision… India’s scientific journey continues.
PM Modi reminded us today that our 500 MW Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam reached first criticality a few months ago.
A key step towards energy security and reducing dependence on imported nuclear fuel.
Big move for long-term strength in nuclear power. 🇮🇳
Poora Punjab chitte, injection ke nashe mein dooba hai aur in Nihango ko akele aadmi par haath uthane ka mauka mil gaya!
Why is @TimesNow instigating India’s youth to get on the streets for regime change like other countries like Nepal, Serbia, Hungary etc.
Does it fall under your purview @AshwiniVaishnaw ?

In 1984, after Indira Gandhi’s assassination, Rajiv Gandhi said: “When a big tree falls, the earth shakes.”
That “shake” turned into the anti-Sikh massacres.
Today the same Congress is the hollow tree falling. And Rahul Gandhi wants a march to the Election Commission on 1st November... the exact anniversary of those killings.
Is this just a protest, or are they once again looking to shake the country for political gain?
ECI has finally put the full picture before the Supreme Court.
All three Election Commissioners unanimously approved the affidavit and the major SIR orders.
Form 6 was never changed… the extra declaration is a separate verification step, not part of the form.
In Goa, most of those 97 voters had already applied or were abroad/foreign passport holders.
In West Bengal, claims about people being denied votes also didn’t hold.
ECINet is only a tech platform; only EROs can actually add or delete names.
And a single newspaper report can’t be treated as evidence.
SIR has already been upheld by the Court.
Eligible people can still get enrolled.
ECI lays out plain Facts, deflating the noise.

Great level of whataboutery I’d expect from a seasoned Congress spokesperson… ohh wait, you’re an alleged journalist.
Kevin Pietersen on the new India:
“Indian athletes across athletics, shooting, wrestling, boxing, badminton, hockey, tennis… are increasingly making a mark all over the world. Indian names appear on podiums in sports where they were much less familiar.”
This particular section is so true. We’ve all watched it happen... depth in cricket (especially women’s cricket), and medals coming from places that used to be rare.
This is a testament to the great focus of the Modi govt on improving our sports facilities and giving our athletes the world-class training and care they need.

In Rajdeep’s heart - “why can’t students’ protests here remove Modi’s 3rd term as PM… maybe they need to be more aggressive on streets.”

Hey @SauravDassss you’ve a slight resemblance to Justice Kaul… could he be the one who walked out on your mom saying “I’ll just be back… going to buy a pack of cigarettes?”
CJI Chandrachud Used To Seek Government's Pre-Approval Before Collegium Discussed Names For Judicial Appointments : Justice Kaul
Justice Kaul said CJI Chandrachud was too deferential to the Government in appointment matters.
