My @beyerdynamic DT880 left ear has started distorting like crazy just one month outside of warranty 🫠 back to my beat up Audio Technica headphones I suppose.

Another day, another member of the public having a go at me for their own fuck up. Working isn't worth it.

Monkeying around over Aquatic Ambience from Donkey Kong Country with one of the coolest solos I think I've ever played.

Composing in Phyrgian Dominant this morning. Wanted to get a super tense atmosphere and it turned into jazz very quickly. Gonna lean into it though

.@Spotify charges an extra £1 a month and when I turn it on I get a very "late 90s idea of how hip hop people talk" voice talking at me instead of letting me play music... I hope I can turn that off, I'm gonna switch to @Tidal or something at this rate.

Rip glynnis johns, you revolutionised how we can record drums with only 3 mics.

Being beaten at music by guys who say "just cut 2k from the instruments for every vocal ever to sit in a mix". Waste of time actually honing the craft when YT "secret tips" are being treated as fact.
