A little break from Festive provision once again…
On Friday we had a lovely drop-in at Prestonpans Community Centre from four amazing @RosehillHS pupils — Fallyn, Lacey, Amy & Jessica. Through their YPI project won £3,000 for the trust. We’re so grateful for their hard work 🤩
Season’s Greetings Rosehill style! Amazing how much our young people enjoy a pen and paper quiz and a wee boogie to the classics. See you all in January.

Not even an I.T outage can stop the N5s. Today we focused on some rehearsal activities, Hot Seating and Writing in Role to deepen their understanding of their characters and think about details and inner thoughts that might help in their portrayal of them on stage!

Always a lovely midpoint in the week when Jasmina arrives to update our class quote board - a wonderful reminder of how young people brighten our days just when we need it most ✨

1H1 are studying ‘ A Kind of Spark’ and it has prompted a lot of conversation about ‘what makes a good teacher?’ as our main character doesn’t feel like she has one… this prompted lots of ‘Thank you for being a GREAT teacher’ cards for staff ❤️🌟 @RosehillHS values in action
