🇪🇺 In Luxembourg, EU Finance Ministers agreed the Council’s position on the Market Integration Package, paving the way for talks with the European Parliament.
We also discussed the competitiveness of the banking sector & the efficiency of public finance.
It was a pleasure to attend the opening of the new @Kyndryl AI Innovation Lab in Luxembourg. A major step for more AI adoption in banking, cybersecurity & financial services. Congratulations to the whole Kyndryl team!

🇱🇺🤝🇮🇪 I attended the informal ECOFIN meeting in Dublin.
We focused on strengthening the competitiveness of the EU banking sector & exploring how financial innovation can support growth & enhance 🇪🇺 resilience.
We also addressed the opportunities and challenges presented by AI.
It was a pleasure to address Japanese financial institutions and business leaders gathered by @Deloitte. With 100 years of diplomatic relations approaching and growing cooperation between @LuxFinance and @FinCityTokyo, I look forward to continuing our work together.
