Paraná, R$35. – SP and SC have the lowest homicide rates in the country. The national rate is three times higher. – Flávio won 62.6% in the South. Lula won nationally with 51.8%. – They pay the bill and get “outvoted” every four years. Maybe it's time to at least talk about it.
