eBay closed at $121.64 per share on Friday 10/30/26, which was the last trading day before GameStop’s fiscal Q3 quarter-end. Which means GameStop’s mark-to-market gains in Q4 on their $EBAY position is already ~$180M+. This after they recorded an estimated unrealized gain of $331.1M pretax in Q3, and being up over $1B in total unrealized gain from their entry point. Ryan Cohen has some good investment chops I guess and is building some good track record in having the first ever $GME equity investment do so well in such a short period of time. They own 9.8% of eBay (~43m shares) at $101.09 cost average.

We were told that it was “time” yesterday 🕙🤷‍♂️ I feel that it would be literally sociopathic for management to post that on the last day of warrant trading at 1:47 pm, unless it’s actually go time for “the plan”. Hard to believe after all these years, but everything comes to an end eventually.

GOOD MORNING $GME SQUADDD! GameStop has filed its form 25 for the warrants. They are officially being delisted. What’s interesting is that the form had box 3 checked. NXH didn’t have this. I can’t find any precedent. What does box 3 mean? 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(3) is the successor security provision. The SEC's own General Instructions for Form 25 Instruction 12 says: "In the event removal is being effected under Rule 12d2-2(a)(3) and the national securities exchange has admitted or intends to admit a successor security to trading under the temporary exemption provided for by Exchange Act Rule 12a-5 (17 CFR 240.12a-5), the Form 25 shall be filed with the Commission in a manner that ensures that the delisting does not become effective until the successor security is removed from its exempt status." Read that again. The delisting does not become effective until the successor security is live on the exchange. The NYSE is telling the SEC: we are removing this security because it is being replaced, not because it expired. WHAT ARE WE ABOUT TO WITNESS?!??

GameStop $GME has just launched a power pack to buy luxury watches. They have just gamified the luxury watch market. For $5k you can gamble to see if you can win a $70k watch. This is incredible. GameStop appears to be building a betting market for real live goods. They could scale this up like crazy.
