The 911 Was Only the Beginning
After spending 13 years with Porsche, there’s something I’ve come to believe very strongly about the 911.
The car is only part of it.
You buy the car once.
But then come the people you meet. The spirited drives you take. The places you go. The endless conversations about specs, colors, generations, the cars you owned and the ones you should have bought when you had the chance.
There is always the hunt for the next one.
The modifications you swear you’re not going to make.
The events. The dinners. The friendships.
That’s where I believe the real ownership experience happens.
And yet, strangely, almost all of it still exists separately. The ownership experience is incredibly fragmented.
• A broker helps you find the one you’ve been looking for.
• A dealer sells you the car.
• Another company protects it with PPF, ceramic coating and tint.
• A detailer keeps it looking the way it did the day you brought it home.
• Other companies help you personalize it — exhaust, wheels, suspension, carbon fiber and countless other aftermarket products.
• A Porsche club organizes the Saturday morning drive or gathering.
• A restaurant or hotel hosts the dinner.
• PECLA, Willow Springs or Thermal hosts the track experience.
• An auction or consignment house helps you find the next home for the one you’re ready to sell.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, an incredible community forms around these cars.
I've been thinking about this for a long time.
What if it didn't have to be so fragmented?
What if there were one place built entirely around the 911 ownership experience?
The cars. The culture. The services. The drives. The track. The dinners. The access.
And, most importantly, the people.
It’s early.
But I think there’s something here.
The 911 was only the beginning.

Beyond the drive.
I have to admit...out of all the CT influencers, the only one that called this was @JamesWynnReal
Remember when everyone on crypto Twitter said the moment the Fed cuts rates, crypto’s gonna moon and we’re all gonna be billionaires?
Yeah… about that.
When Trump took Office, I invested more heavily in crypto because I believed we had a pro crypto administration…
Since Jan 21, 2025 (the day Trump took off ) US stocks are up over 9%
Cardano (ADA) is down 35%!
Seems obvious to me this is a Cardano problem not a global financial issue!
Dodgers better win tonight!
Not just because I live in L.A.… but because BASEBALL is AMERICAN!
And Canada sucks! If they don't pull their heads out of their asses, they are going to get tariffed the shit out of!
Love the maple syrup tho...I guess I will have to pay a little more for it.
Big "players" making shorts again…
and getting liquidated again.
Some people never learn.
Calm mind. Sharp moves. Clear vision.
BLOCK TO THE FUTURE 🧠
If USC crushed Michigan and both teams have the same record, how on earth is Michigan ranked above USC? Make it make sense.
Every crypto influencer’s predictions technically have a 50% chance of being right — up or down, long or short. Yet somehow, most are batting under 10%.
How’s that even possible?
To all the crypto bros living in the Los Angeles area...ICE just created a ton of new job openings: Gardeners, dishwashers, maids, housekeepers…might wanna polish that résumé!
If crypto continues its current trend you’ll need work soon! 😆
Anyone who’s been around crypto longer than a cycle knows this isn’t one.
There’s no alt season. There’s no pattern. It’s a new beast. Anyone calling for moonshots right now is out of touch with reality.
And to the contrary, anyone predicting a massive crash is also delusional… or more likely just seeking engagement.
