Last Saturday, we showed up in pink and ran for a bigger purpose.
Every kilometre was a reminder that movement can go beyond fitness. Together with @agi.foundation, we ran in support of the Grace Cancer Fund, spreading awareness and showing that every step counts.
Another evening run, another set of memories with the good people of RCA.

Today’s run was more than just putting in the kilometres. We also came together for Move Week Africa Abuja, celebrating movement and the power of an active lifestyle together with @nafa_ng @nowwemove_ @isca.official
A time was had, and we got to learn and appreciate American football. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made today one to remember. ❤️

Abuja, thank you for today. You all showed up and showed off!
You came in numbers: runners, cyclers, walkers, all showing solidarity to the cause. You were punctual, supportive, and vibrant.
The Run4Breath team was invigorated with the spirit of community shown by members of @RunClubAbuja and Trailblazers run club. Shoulder to shoulder, you strode with us through the hills and valleys, and that’s what friendship is about.
We love and appreciate you, and we are honored with the show of support.
We appreciate you for sharing the course with us. You have imprinted your love in our hearts.

2 down, 4 to go!
The Kaduna leg of the #Run4Breath campaign is officially in the books! 21.1 kilometres completed, but more importantly: lives touched, inhalers donated, and hope shared.
With every single stride, our aim remains clear: to bring direct relief, advocacy, and awareness to those fighting asthma who cannot afford essential care and medications.
A massive thank you to the Run Kaduna Community for pounding the pavement with us, and to the Management of Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital for welcoming our medical outreach with open arms. To our sponsors, friends, and every single person participating virtually across the globe—this movement belongs to you, too! 💙
Thank you for helping us draw attention to this cause. Together, one breath and one mile at a time, let's keep moving humanity forward. 🫁✨

BTW, it is one of the things I love about @RunClubAbuja. The projects we accomplish as unpaid volunteer work without compromising the excellence is chiefly because a core of the club is drawn from this background I mentioned. Excellence as a feature, not a happenstance.

Every pace has a place at RCA.
Our 6:30 pace group showing exactly what we mean when we say all paces are welcome. Whether you’re chasing a PB or simply getting comfortable with running, every pace group has a leader pacer to set the pace,
keep the group together and make sure no one gets left behind.
At RCA, we run together, we support each other and everyone gets carried along.

We are proud to announce Run Club Abuja (RCA) as our Run Club Partner for the North-Central Zone of the Run4Breath Asthma Awareness Campaign.
Run Club Abuja is one of Nigeria's leading running communities, dedicated to promoting fitness, healthy living, and endurance sports. The club is renowned for organizing the annual Abuja Charity Half Marathon and Abuja Women's Run, events that have inspired thousands of runners while supporting meaningful causes.
The Run4Breath Asthma Awareness Campaign is a 126km endurance challenge that will see Theodore Ogedegbe and I, run six half marathons (21.1km each) across six states in Nigeria's six geopolitical zones in six consecutive days (August 10-15, 2026) to raise awareness about asthma and raise funds to provide life-saving asthma inhalers and essential asthma kits to people who cannot afford them.
As our North-Central Run Club Partner, The club will support us on the Abuja leg of the challenge on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, helping to amplify our message and run alongside us for a cause that will save lives.
We sincerely thank Run Club Abuja for believing in our vision and joining us to ensure that every breath matters.

There are few things better than ending the day running with the best run buddies.
Yesterday’s evening run gave us everything we love; a beautiful community, great weather and a couple of kilometers.

Hear from the voices that made it all possible, our Chief Rhythm Catalyst @norrenberger, the President of Run Club Abuja, the Chairwoman of RCACHM 2026, our incredible brand and media partners @TJtagency and of course, the runners and walkers who showed up for a
cause bigger than themselves. Together, we ran to help equip public hospitals in Abuja with life-saving medical equipment that will strengthen postnatal healthcare. What began as a race is now becoming a legacy of impact and this is only the beginning.
