Questioning my knot untying skills if I want to go on Survivor after Tara Davis-Woodhall asked for help since she tied her spikes too tight. “Chris, don’t fail me now.” I failed.

That’s why you go to the Wild Duck at trials. Get COVID out of the way.

Noah Lyles said he tested positive for COVID at 5 a.m. Tuesday. Said he did not feel back to 100% but felt around 90-95% of himself today, the best he has the last 3 days. "I'm more proud of myself than anything, coming out and getting the bronze medal with COVID," Lyles said.

I was reflecting on last night’s 1500 incredible 1-3 finish. What happens with a “watered down” collegiate system?? It is time to start thinking about the new NCAA landscape for Olympic sports. It would be tragic for 2028.

LOVE that U.S. record holder Grant Fisher is going for it with them. Looking to join Lewis Tewanima (1912), Billy Mills (1964) and Galen Rupp (2012) as the only American men to medal in the 10,000m at the Olympic Games. #Paris2024 #Olympics #Athletics

Really hard to pick the Paris team from the loaded W 1500 final. Gun to my head, I go with the 3 with the best form & closing speed who aren’t running on tired legs: Hiltz Mackay Maclean St Pierre hinting at a really fast pace worries me about what she’ll have left the last 200

There would be absolute chaos if the U.S. introduced any type of discretionary selection process in order to make Team USA.

If Isabella Whittaker, sixth in the 400m, makes the relay pool, she and Juliette Whittaker, third in the 800m, would be the first siblings on a U.S. Olympic track and field team since Joetta Clark Diggs and Hazel Clark in 2000 (via @bambam1729)
