The fitter version of you is more focused, confident, and relaxed. They're less anxious, stressed, and sick. This person is a better parent, a higher quality partner, and has more energy for their loved ones.
Become that person.

You know you're a runner when your #1 criteria for buying a house was "Can I run from my front door?"

Summer Solstice 8K today in 27:27.5 (5:31/mile) FTW and new PB. Grateful for teammates, training partners, competitors, & friends who have shared this journey with. Now my calves, quads, & stomach all hurt. Worth it.
Happy to represent @nfoura and @FCC_Cougars at the #CSCunite26 5k this morning in Las Vegas. I believe this is the 4th consecutive year N4A took the title. Joined so many great colleagues! #n4a2026 sites.chronotrack.com/event/…

2 Marathons. 1 Day.
52.4 Miles.
We started at the finish line at 3am and ran all the way to the starting line, just in time for seven of us to turn around and run the official race.
This is the "Double Boston" with the @mounttocoast crew.
Why?
"Because we can."
As seen @fenwaypark @RedSox tour (4/21):
Somewhere the Pittsburgh @penguins are wondering why they got benched for their baseball team (@Pirates). Cold world out there.
Huge credit to the marketing team—cross-promoting MLB and NHL in one game is next-level innovation.

The 2026 Boston Marathon was the first race in history -- any race, not just Boston -- to feature three men under 2:03.
It was also the first race in history with five men under 2:05.
