Yesterday saw 10 runners take on the challenge of running from Redhill to Rochester to raise funds for @airambulancekss over 60k or in old money nearly 40 miles! It was wet, cold and hilly. But with amazing support they did it!

Truly proud of how I've coped this year. Living with PTSD, anxiety and depression isn't easy, but running has kept me going. Astounded how I've managed to run every day for the past 5 years.
