After our AGM, it is confirmed that the CMA's new Chairperson is Mqondisi Ngcobo. He will be seconded by Les Burnard who was elected as Vice-Chairperson. We look forward to this new dawn of leadership. Long live Comrades, long live. #ComradesMarathon #TheUltimateHumanRace

Gerda Steyn RAK 21. In 70:55 that’s 59 seconds off her PE time of 71:54 in 2019 ... that’s about equal to 2:28 marathon so getting close also to SA record at that level Fantastic running Olympics v Comrades? – at Port Elizabeth, South Africa

@RunZone2 called on the vibrancy of Fat Cats Athletic Club to their race themed #chaseyourdreams on Sunday, 24 March 2019, at Marks Park Sports Club in Emmarentia. Well done to our delegation that represented the club at the RunZoneRoadRace. It genuinely flowed like the waaater!
