Finding the right running shoe isn't guesswork. It's a process. Every fitting starts with a conversation, then a measurement, then a look at how you move. We match a shoe to your stride and let you test it before you commit. Walk in any time. No appointment needed. Always free.

Lydiard's most misunderstood rule — you don't need to run fast to get faster. Base training at conversational pace builds the aerobic engine that speed work can't shortcut. Start slow. Win long. #LydiardMethod #RunningNiche #RunCoach #TeamRunningNiche
